Is the candy I ordered in stock?
Yes! If you were able to add the item to your shopping cart, it means the item is in our warehouse and ready to ship. Items that are out of stock cannot be added to your cart and will display the "Email me when back in stock" button.

Do you make candy?
No, we do not make any candy. We offer over 600 products acquired from over 50 different different candy makers. And we are adding new products and new candy makers all the time.

Do you sell wholesale?
We offer some of our products in bulk sizes at quantity (although not wholesale) prices, which you can see in our bulk category. If you are looking for wholesale pricing please contact us directly at sweets@naturalcandystore.com or 800-875-2409.

Do your candies contain any dyes or artificial colors like Red #40?
Absolutely not. We do not carry any products that contain synthetic dyes or artificial colors. All the colorings used in the candies we carry are derived from fruits, vegetables, and other plant sources.

What will show up on my credit card bill?
The charge on your credit card statement will be from Natural Candy Store.

My order is a gift. Can I include a gift note and make sure there aren't prices included?
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to include a gift message and provide any special instructions for your order. The packing list will not include any price information, so you don't have to worry about your gift recipient seeing prices. If you have multiple gift orders and need assistance placing them, please contact us.

I am visiting or live in the Traverse City, Michigan area. Can I pick up my order?
Sure! Just select "Local Pickup" as the shipping method at checkout (billing address must be in Michigan for this option). Please note: you will still be required to enter a shipping address to complete the order. Don't worry--we won't ship the order. It will be waiting for you to pick up at the warehouse. You'll receive an email when it's ready.

Do you ship internationally?
We do! Customers in Canada can place their order online and must select Canada Shipping at checkout. Customers at APO/FPO addresses can place their order online and must select Standard Shipping at checkout. For all other locations, please contact us for a shipping quote. Provide us with a list of the products and quantities you want and the country you will be shipping to. Our preferred payment method for international orders is PayPal.

How will my candy be packed?
We pack our candy with great care so that it arrives at its destination in perfect condition. We use recyclable paper packing materials along with bubble wrap to protect glass containers. We never use "peanuts," because we don't like receiving peanut-filled packages ourselves (they make such a mess!). We're always looking for new environmentally-friendly shipping materials, and welcome feedback or suggestions.

Do you eat candy all the time?
We try not to. We love our professional candy-eating duties, such as trying new items and remaining knowledgeable about the products we carry through frequent tastings. However, since we work in a candy warehouse, the call of the candy can be difficult to resist--especially if we skipped lunch and it's 4pm. But, believe it or not, there are days we don't eat any candy at all. To protect our inventory (we'd rather sell it than eat it!) we try to eat balanced meals at work, which significantly reduces the temptation to pig out. Balanced meals: we highly recommend them!
